I have undertaken several internships to put into practice my Business and BCII capabilities across the fields of digital marketing, human resources, experience design and strategic design.
PricewaterhouseCoopers
Digital Activation Intern 2021
I assisted with activating impactful digital marketing campaigns across all owned and paid digital channels, including web, social media, SEM and Signature Tech client-facing screens. I was trained in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, DPE, Social Studio, Omni Studio and Social Amplification (Dynamic Signal) software. I supported the team to continually innovate analytics and campaign deliver.

Human Resources Administrator 2019
I assisted with letter generation for six EBA’s, including statement of service, promotion, transfer, parental leave, jury duty and secondment letters, conducting RISQ background screenings, and assisted with general HR operations, such as organising service awards the business. I additionally contributed to improving processes within the HR Operations team, brainstorming ideas and collaborating with co-workers to create streamlined efficiencies.
Macquarie Group
Innovation Associate 2021
I supported the Sydney Metro Martin Place Project in designing Macquarie's new global headquarters using Human Centred Design principles. This involved conducting interviews across Macquarie's global offices (Hong Kong and Philadelphia), distilling feedback, collating insights and sharing the findings with the business. I additionally reconciled the teams HCD work between 2019-2021, creating a subsequent portfolio and chronology of these projects.

BCII Industry Innovation Partner 2021
I worked with Aurecon to uncover how regional communities traditionally founded on resource extraction could transcend that dependency and become diverse, independent economies with their own living legacies.
